All items are custom made to order. We are unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.
Products may not be returned/exchanged if they are made with a custom requested design. Please pay attention to listing details and size charts we provide in the listing photos. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly accept an exchange.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy
We are based in Charlotte, NC, so you are more than welcome to pick up by appointment. Otherwise depending on the product you order, there will be delivery charges applied and you will be given both UPS ground and USPS priority shipping as options for shipping. We will have it deliver to P.O. boxes and APO addresses via USPS. UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. boxes. We also ship internationally but please keep in mind that both the shipping rates and shipping times will vary depending on your location
